What happens if the transcription fails or the quality is low?
If a paid file is not processed correctly because of a service error, we will return the used minutes to your balance or review a fair solution with support.
Can I recover unused minutes?
You can request a refund for unused minutes according to our refund policy. Minutes already used to process files are not refundable unless there is a service error.
How long do you keep my files?
