Data we may process

• Contact data, such as email, when you request access, support or receipts.
• Audio or video files you upload, audio derivatives needed for processing, and transcription/export results.
• Technical data needed for security, diagnosis and abuse prevention, such as internal identifiers, processing status and operational events.
• Payment information handled by Stripe. TuScribe does not store your full card details.
• Cookie or consent preferences when available.

Why we use data

• To create the free preview and process the complete result if you choose to continue.
• To manage payments, minute balance, receipts, support and access recovery.
• To generate exports and, when requested, a short summary.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and meet legal obligations.
• To measure site and campaign usage in aggregate only where appropriate and according to the cookie policy.

Legal basis

We process data needed to provide the requested service, manage payments and support, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests such as security and abuse prevention.

Where processing requires consent, such as certain cookies or advertising measurement, we will request it before activation.

Retention and deletion

Files, audio derivatives and results are kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, downloads, support and deletion. Operational retention may vary depending on file status and applicable obligations.

You can request deletion or support through the contacts listed here. Some invoices, payment records or minimal records may be retained where legally required.

Providers and transfers

To provide TuScribe we use technical providers such as hosting, private storage, transcription processing, payments, email and analytics when enabled.

We do not sell your files or publish them. We limit information sent to providers to what is needed to provide the service and avoid sending transcript text, private files or payment details to analytics.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by writing to privacy@gravinar.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
