What TuScribe provides

TuScribe lets you upload audio or video files to generate a free preview and, if you decide to continue, a complete transcription with downloadable formats.

The service may include text, subtitles and a short summary when you explicitly request it. Feature availability may change as the product evolves.

Account, access and user responsibility

• You must have the right or sufficient permission to upload the file and process its content.
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing or unauthorized content.
• You are responsible for reviewing the output before using it in professional, legal, medical, academic or publishing contexts.
• You must keep your access links secure and not share them with unauthorized people.

Payments, minute balance and refunds

TuScribe uses minute top-ups. The current price is 0.10 EUR per minute and the minimum top-up is 5.99 EUR. There is no subscription and no automatic top-up.

Unused minutes remain in your balance for future files while your account is active. Minutes used to process files are not refundable unless there is a service error.

If a paid file fails because of a service error, contact support so we can review a reasonable solution, which may include returning minutes to your balance or a refund where appropriate.

Quality and limitations

Transcription is generated automatically. Quality depends on noise, accents, overlapping speech, language, microphone quality and audio clarity.

TuScribe does not guarantee perfect text or suitability by itself for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions. You should review and correct the result when accuracy matters.

Service changes

We may update these terms, prices or service features. If a change is relevant, we will update this page and, where appropriate, communicate through reasonable channels.
